Getting started
No installer wizard with 12 screens. No account to create before you can see anything. Just download, register inside the app, pay once, and start.
One file. Double-click it. Crow installs itself in the right place with a Desktop shortcut. No admin password needed.
Fill in your name and contact details. Pick a plan. A QR code appears on screen for UPI payment.
Scan the QR code and pay. Email us the payment screenshot. Your licence key arrives within one business day.
Paste the key once. Crow opens straight to your tools every time after that, and updates itself in the background.

No. Crow opens your spreadsheet on your machine and writes the result back on your machine. The only time it contacts the internet is to check your licence and to fetch new tool versions. Your data is never uploaded anywhere.
No. Crow reads and writes .xlsx and .csv files on its own. Excel does not need to be on the machine.
Crow updates itself automatically in the background when your computer starts. You will never see a popup or be asked to do anything. One day you open Crow and it quietly has new tools or improvements — that is it.
Keys are sent by hand, usually within one business day. If it has been longer, reply to your payment email with the screenshot still attached — we will sort it the same day.
Yes. Email us from your registered address with the new machine's details and we will move the key across. Your old machine stops using it at that point. Nothing is deleted.
Add Crow.exe to your antivirus exclusion list. In Kaspersky, go to Exclusions and actions on object detection → Exclusions → Add → browse to Crow.exe → tick File or folder → Add. After that, Crow updates without interruption.

Yes, completely safe. Windows shows this warning for any new software that has not yet built up a download history with Microsoft — it is not a sign of a virus or problem. Click More info and then Run anyway to install. Once Crow is installed it updates itself silently in the background and you will never see this screen again.
